Refund Policy

Overview

I want you to be completely thrilled with your artwork. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact me at craftybirdies@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Condition of Returns

To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be in its original condition and in its original packaging. You will be required to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Please inspect your artwork upon delivery. If the piece was damaged during transit, contact me immediately (within 3 days) and include photos of both the artwork and the packaging. Once evaluated, I will work with you to arrange a replacement (if available), store credit or a full refund.

Non-Refundable Items
Due to the custom nature of some works, the following items are final sale and non-refundable: 

• Commissions: Custom artwork created specifically for customers with agreed approval before sending.

• Digital Downloads: Once downloading has commenced, these cannot be returned or refunded.

Items purchased through other stockists

Please refer to the specific Terms and Conditions and Refund Policies for any items made by Diana Gagic but purchased directly via other stockists or online sellers as we cannot be held responsible for purchases made elsewhere.

 

Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. I highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as I cannot process a refund if the returned artwork is lost or damaged in transit.

The Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. If approved, your preferred refund method will be processed with either a replacement (if available), store credit or a full refund credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 working days.

Please note, customs duties or local taxes are not refundable for international sales.
