Order Processing Time

Original Artworks: Please allow 3-5 business days for me to securely custom-package your artwork before it leaves the studio.

Art Prints and Merchandise: Please note some items are hand made to order and to kindly allow 2-3 weeks for their creation before dispatch.

Please note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or UK public holidays.
Current Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of your artwork.

Standard UK Royal Mail 48 (with proof of post): cards and books £2.50 / approx 2-5 business days

*Free UK Royal Mail 48 (with Tracking) for any orders over £50 / approx 2-5 business days

Standard International Royal Mail or FedEx delivery with tracking (EU/USA): cards and books £8 *Free S&H for any orders over £150 / approx 7-21 business days
Packaging Standards

Cards are packaged in acid-free tissue paper and sent in recycled envelopes.

Books and paper art prints are carefully wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and sent in sturdy recycled card mailers.

Original paintings, canvas prints and ceramics - each original piece is wrapped with the utmost care in acid-free tissue paper and strong recycled card packaging.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international buyers, please note that you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local postal fees applied to your package. These additional costs are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your proof of postage or tracking number once your order has dispatched. Tracking is only available for orders above £50 unless specifically selected when ordering. Shipment information will become active within 24 hours of shipment.
Damages & Issues
I take immense pride in safely packing your art. However, if your artwork arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact me immediately at craftybirdies@gmail.com with photographic evidence so we can file a claim with the carrier.
