Introduction

Welcome to dianagagic.com. By browsing our website and/or purchasing art from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Products and Artwork

  • Original Art: Each original piece is unique. While we make every effort to display colours and textures accurately, slight variations may occur due to individual screen settings. 

  • Prints and Merchandise: Our prints are produced to high-quality standards. While we make every effort to display colours accurately, slight variations may occur due to individual screen settings. If your print arrives damaged, please refer to our Returns Policy below and see our Refund Policy page for more details.

Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP £ and are inclusive  of applicable UK taxes.

  • Shipping costs will be calculated and added at checkout.

  • We accept secure payments via major Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, and Discover.

  • Digital Wallets: Apple Pay and Google Pay.

  • Alternative Payment Services: PayPal and Stripe.

  • Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) Options: Klarna, Clearpay, Laybuy, Splitit, and PayItMonthly.

  • Payment must be cleared in full before artwork is shipped. 

 

Shipping and Delivery

  • Processing Time: Please allow 3-5 business days for us to carefully package and dispatch your order.

  • Domestic & International: We ship to UK, EU, and worldwide. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs processing.

Returns and Refunds

  • We want you to love your new art. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us at craftybirdies@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. 

  • Return Conditions: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

  • Damaged Items: If your art arrives damaged, please photograph the damage immediately (both the packaging and the artwork) and contact us so we can arrange a replacement or refund. 

  • Please refer to specific Terms and Conditions and Refund Policies for any items made by Diana Gagic but purchased directly via other stockists or online sellers as we cannot be held responsible for purchases made elsewhere.

 

Intellectual Property & Copyright

  • All artwork, images, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Diana Gagic ©

  • Copyright remains with the artist after the sale. Artwork may not be reproduced, resold, or used for commercial purposes without explicit written permission. 

 

Privacy Policy

  • We value your privacy. We only collect the necessary information (such as your name, shipping address, and email) to fulfil your order. We will never share or sell your data to third parties. 

 

Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.​​
